Abstract

The regulation mentions some of finance league activities such as: leasing, venture capital, bond, credit card and financing.The question is, which model that gives better law-protection to finance league in vehicle-trading at Yogyakarta. The aim of this research is to figure it out. Meaning, this research try to find out which model that gives better law-protection to finance league in vehicle-trading at Yogyakarta. The method of this research is normative law-research which based on some of laws. Source of this research comes from act, legal literatures, journal, and also regulations that connected to the research. Based on the result of interview with both resource person (informant) from PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance and PT. Federal International Finance, so that we know that financing in Yogyakarta use 'Fiducia' in their trade. Anyway, there is still any agreement between financial institution and their clients to rule their relationship eventhough `Fidusia' is already done as it should be done in accordance with law. Finally, we may know that all of those right procedure according to the law is used to reduce common matters that possibly could happen in vehicle-trading.
