Abstract

God created human beings composed of two sexes that men and woman, but in reality there is other sexes ad experiencing confusion in determining their gender. Confusion is the absence of compatibility between gender and mental state. Incompability of gender and mental health can happen to someone who was born in example with female genitals were imperfect and flawed, but she felt not into a woman butmore suited to be a man, or vice versa. Such circumtances it was called a Transgender or Transsexual. Solution adopted by many transgender person is to performa sex-change operation. Transgender person who perform genital surgery were opposed by many parties. Such circumtances to make an effort for transgender to feel more comfortable with their self would back fire to them. Obscurity and injustice were encountered by transgender persons. Therefore, it is necessary that laws can regulatetransgender issues, but unfortunately until now there is no law that can give justice for transgender persons.
