Abstract

Legal writing / thesis is entitled " The realization of Victim 's Rights Domestic Violence Domestic especially domestic servants ." Legal issues in legal writing / thesis is how the realization of the fulfillment of the rights of victims of domestic violence , especially domestic servant. This legal writing is made by the author aims to determine the actual fulfillment of the rights of victims of domestic violence especially domestic servant. Type of research is normative legal research and this study used secondary data as the main data. Research location chosen by the researcher is in sleman yogyakarta Police. Data used in this study is a secondary data. Secondary data obtained from primary legal materials which include norms of positive law in the form of legislation , secondary legal materials , which include : books , papers , research, internet , legal scholars opinion , opinion scholars law. Methods of data collection is done through the results of the study and analyzed qualitatively. from the analysis conducted by the author , it can be concluded that the fulfillment of the rights of victims of domestic violence especially domestic servants have not been too well - realized in accordance with Law No. 23 years 2004 about the Elimination of Domestic Violence
