Abstract
The evidence in doing investigate to the children who are the victims of biologicalparents’ psychological violence. This research aims to find out what kinds of psychological violence which is done by parents to their children and to knowhow the evidence in doing investigate to the children who are the victims of biological parents’ psychological violence. The research method which is used in this research is research in normative law, which means the research focuses on norm, positive law which is formed as legislation, that research needs secondary data as the main data. The kinds of psychological violence are intimidating and persecuting behavior, threatening or authority misusing, controlling, taking the child custody, damaging child’s goods, and insultingconstantly. The evidence in doing investigate to the children who are the victims of biologicalparents’ psychological violence is an uneasy evidence if there is only one witness, that the witness is the witness victim of the psychological violence itself . The investigating officer can ask for an assist from child psychologist to help in that evidence by using his/her expertise as a psychologist.
