Abstract

The writing of this law/thesis is entitled The Right Conversion of Costumary Land (Letter C) Become Proprietary in Magelang Regency. The problem formulation of this thesis is How does the right conversion of costumary land (Letter C) become proprietary in Magelang regency. The research data consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by giving questionnaire to respondents and conducting interview to the sources/speakers. The secondary data was collected by studying primary and secondary legal materials through library study. The analysis of the data used is qualitative data analysis an ordinance of the research that generate descriptive data analysis that is what is stated by the respondent, in writing or orally and also his behavior a real researched and studied as a whole to draw conclusions used inductive thinking method that directs the analysis of data of special knowledge and then summed up the general. The right conversion of costumary land (Letter C) become proprietary in Magelang regency is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 on Land Registration and Government Regulation Number 13 of 2010 on Types and Fare of Non-Tax Country Income which are used in National Land Agency. The constraints of conversion are the incomplete requirements (illegalized photocopy, unreadable photocopy, and unattached stamp) and the far domicile. Those constraints can be solved so that they will not be the interfering problem of the right conversion of costumary land
