Abstract

Overview Comparison Honoraria related Notary Deed Manufacture Fiduciary pursuant to Article 36 of Law No. 30 of 2004 and Appendix Goverment Regulation No. 86 of 2000. The problem is whether Notary’s Honorarium can be arranged in different regulations, in this Appendix Goverment Regulation No. 86 of 2000 and Article 36 of Law No. 30 of 2004 and which regulations should be the enactment of precedence? Type of research method chosen in this paper is Normative Research Method, which focuses on research conducted in the form of positive legal norms of legislation on honoraria related Notary Deed Fiduciary set forth in Article 36 of Law No. 30 of 2004 and Appendix Goverment Regulation No. 86 of 2000. A provision in this case Notary’s Honorarium can be arranged in different regulations. Yet to be seen which one would take precedence rules enactment. In terms of hierarchy and the enactment of Law no. 30 of 2004 is of higher social status rules and regulations issued later than the Government Regulation No. 86 of 2000.
