Abstract

Laundry business is growing rapidly in Yogyakarta city . Business detergents are strongly associated with this course will not be separated from the issue of the environment if the waste can not be managed properly . Good waste management is an effort to preserve the environment . How implementation and what are the constraints faced by entrepreneurs in the implementation of obligations laundry waste management in the control of environmental pollution in Yogyakarta city . A thesis is aimed to see how the implementation of obligations waste management by management laundry in environmental pollution control in Yogyakarta city. The Research conducted in this thesis is the empirical research that focuses on the legal behavior . This research requires primary data as the main ingredient in addition to the secondary data . The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method . The conclusion drawn in this research, that is, the implementation of obligations by management laundry in terms of managing waste and dispose of the waste have not run well . Factor is budget constraints and the lack of consciousness of laundry management preserve the environment. Associated with waste management laundry , it is expected that the government can provide education and control over the laundry management who does not carry out its obligations . Government and laundry business management would be able to cooperate in the handling and disposal of waste .
