Abstract

In writing a thesis this writer based on the monitoring discuss perkap no. 14 2012 of management investigation of criminal act in the process of case criminal investigation. It was triggered its strategic stage investigation in the process of criminal justice and police issue perkap no. 14 2012 of management investigation of criminal act. The research problem of this thesis are perkap no.14 2012 can already be implemented and whether constraint in carrying out the investigation perkap no. 14 2012. The method of this research is normative law, the research was done directly to speakers, the fundamental data supported by secondary data consisting of a law primary and secondary. The sources of the data in this research were obtained from field studies and literature study. The data which were obtained from literature study as well as in field studies using qualitative analysis. Based on analysis that has been done by the writer so can be summed up as follows: investigation according to perkap no. 14 2012 can already be implemented properly in accordance with rules in perkap. Ekstern obstacles faced by police in carrying out perkap not exist because perkap is internal regulation police and constraint internal matters in implemented the program perkap is a lack of organizing and socialization in perkap, so not all investigators understand how perkap the contents.
