Abstract

This thesis with the title The Consideration of the Law by the Judge ruled against children who did abuse drugs. The purpose of this paper is to knowing the law’s consideration by the Judge ruled against children who did abuse drugs. This paper using the kind of normative law research that is research that main focus on positive norm’s law and learn about the rules of legislature which related to the law consideration by the judge on the case of child’s drugs. The data that used in this paper are primary data and the secondary dat. The result of judge’s research on judge ruled in consideration of children who do abuse drugs in juridical considerations, non-juridical considerations, and research of Litmas.
