Abstract

Legal writing is titled on the criminal threats urgency to tackle begging in public in order to create public order and comfort of the community in social life. The formulation of the issues raised was whether the urgency of the criminal threats against begging in public. Knowing which aims to analyze the urgency of threats and criminal confinement against begging in public so as to know the usefulness of the criminal threats to the application of the law against perpetrators of begging. Are expected to be useful knowledge for the development of law in general and the development of the science of criminal law in particular as well as additional knowledge and insight for writers on criminal law, as well as provide knowledge to the public in order to raise awareness and concern to always obey the rules and the Law apply. The conclusion that can be drawn Urgency confinement threats against begging in public is to prevent and show that the act was reprehensible and should not be done. It aims to create comfort, order and security of the city, due to the presence of the beggars that live very disturbed public order or traffic order so make a lot of other people became restless.
