Abstract

The presence of the Indonesian National Police in carrying out their main duty as guardian, protector, counselor, and as law end orcement officers, of course, the police are faced with one of the task is to give protection to children in conflict with the law, and take action that is the process of investigation child to get treatment reasonable and justice and protection. Juvenile Court includes all inspection activities and termination cases that concern the interest of the child. Interest of the children should be the center of the court perahatian children. Historically ever happened complaint in case the child because the Juvenile Court only addressed in the responde to a bad situation with respect to deviate behavior and offenses committed by children. Notice these developments deviant behavior by children and to protect them from the unhealthy development of the child’s attention has begun to be considered. This is proven by various scientific meetings held by the government as evidence that the problem of a naughty childs should get special protection.
