Abstract

This research is titeled “ The Review of Relationship Between Agency of Law Development Indonesian National Army (BABINKUM TNI) and Military Corps Judge Advocate (ODMIL) in the Solved of Criminal Case by Member of TNI. Formulation of this research is there a connection between BABINKUM TNI and ODMIL in the Solved of Criminal Case by Member of TNI. The objective of this research is to determine extent of link between Agency of Law Development Indonesian National Army (BABINKUM TNI) and Military Corps Judge Advocate (ODMIL) in the Solved of Criminal Case by Member of TNI. The type of research is a normative legal research, that is researchwith the literature study from the books and document. Methods of data collection in normative research done by literature study and interview with mamber of ODMIL. The result of this research is : Chief of BABINKUM TNI have a integral working relationship with ODMIL. There are, chief of BABINKUM have a role to be a controller performance of ODMIL, oversee the administration of ODMIL, make a courses office in the organitation of ODMIL to regenerate that organitation. Beside thats relationship, BABINKUM and ODMIL have a cooperation to give a advocate to soldier of TNI who have done a criminal case.
