Abstract

In Indonesia we most hear about the violence that performed by some mass organization (ORMAS). This violence action can be formed as mistreatment, impairment, and vigilante action. In order to tackling the mass organization violence, there is Section 2 Act No 2 Years 2002 about Police of Republic Indonesia that stated to the police effort in order to tackling this mass organization through repressive and preventive ways. The sanction for the member of mass organization that performing violence action as arranged in Section 406 Article (1) and Section 351 Article (1) Book of Criminal Law (KUHP). While, the sanction for its organization as arranged in Section 68 article (1), (2), (3) Act Number 17 Years 2013 about Mass Organization that stated the mass organization who performing any action that performing illegitimacy action can be cancelled its legal entity
