Abstract
Human resources is a major driver of the company and the company's success in achieving its objectives and the survival of the company itself depends on the quality of human resources involved in the company. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation, work environment, leadership, work discipline, and the performance of employees in construction services provider PT Asiana Technologies Lestary Jakarta. Respondents in this study is the whole of the population, the number of employees 49 people. Data collected by distributing questionnaires and literature. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is used to determine the relationship between the variables in the study. The results showed that leadership has a significant relationship with the discipline of working with factor loading of 0,683 and work discipline has a significant relationship with the employee's performance with factor loading of 0,833. While the relationship between motivation and discipline of work, work environment with work discipline, motivation and employee performance, and leadership with employee performance, does not have a significant relationship.
