Abstract

Before the prosecution is one of the attempts in the criminal justice system in order to realize the protection and legal certainty of a fair society. Prosecution authorities before the prosecution should be fully responsible for the sake of legal certainty and protection of the realization of a just society. The outline of issues raised in this thesis is : How does the responsibility of Prosecutors before the prosecution to fine-tune docket investigation? The type of research used in this thesis is a kind of normative legal research. Methods of analysis used in qualitative analysis is and using the methods of deductive thinking. As for the conclusion of this research is the responsibility of the Prosecutor's Office before the prosecution to refine and expand the docket is to do a repair on the docket investigation using a variety of legal basis.
