Abstract

The legal research title is THE REGISTRATION OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AGRARIAN NATIONAL OPERATION PROJECT (PRONA) BANTUL CREATE LEGAL CERTAINTY IN THE DISTRICT with the formulation of the problem are the implementation of the registration of land ownership through Agrarian National Operation Project (PRONA) in 2010 in Kabupaten Bantul has brought legal certainty. This legal research purpose is to find out if the implementation of the registration of land ownership through Agrarian National Operation Project (PRONA) in 2010 in Kabupaten Bantul has brought legal certainty. Type of research is empirical legal research is a study that focuses on the behavior of the legal community. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data as the main data and secondary data . The method of analysis used in this research was qualitative analysis. The registration of land ownership through Agrarian National Operation Project (PRONA) in 2010 in Kabupaten Bantul there are appropriate and there are not in accordance with KMDN Number 189 Year 1981 jis. Governmental Regulatian Number 24 Year 1997 and PMNA/KBPN Number 3 Year 1997. The registration of land ownership through Agrarian National Operation Project (PRONA) in 2010 in Kabupaten Bantul has brought legal certainty because all of respondents (50 respondents) have received certificates of land ownerships.
