Abstract

The title of this research is the Health security for People with Disabilities in Bantul as the implementation of the Provincial Regulation Yogyakarta Special Region Number 4 of 2012. The problem in this research is the provision of health security for people with disabilities in Bantul as the implementation of Provincial Regulations Special region of Yogyakarta number 4 of 2012, and the obstacles encountered in the provision of health security for persons with disabilities in Bantul. The purpose of this research is to investigate the provision of health security for people with disabilities in Bantul as the implementation of Provincial Regulations Yogyakarta Special Region number 4 of 2012 and to discover the obstacles of the provision of health security. The method used in this research was secondary data gained from literary source by reading legal sources comprises of primary and secondary legal source. For completing this research it was also used primary data by conducting field research by using data collection instrument by procedure of interview. The results obtained from the research is that the government has been providing health security for people with disabilities it themselves whether to have the initiative to fight for their rights or not, and the lack of socialization of the Central Government to Local Government related Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2012.
