Abstract

The writing of law with entitled “Judicial study on a Qualified Medical Service to 2009’s Constitution Chapter 55 no. 36 about Health Related to Patient’s Dissapointment towards Doctor’s Treatment “ is to studied what is the criteria or the quality standard in medical service based on 2009’s Constitution Chapter 55 no. 36 about Health. The type of this research is normative legal research. Many doctor as health provider has not been fullfil the responsibility to the patient with maximum .The increase of the citizen's law awakening and a qualified medical service needs should have being included to the medical service quality standards.According to the research that has been done, the criteria or the quality standard in medical service are reliability, responsiveness, assurance,empathy, tangibles also fits the Procedure Operational Standards. Each institution could make their Procedure Operational Standards so it turns out different, whereas the quality standard for medical treatment is the Indonesian Doctors Competence Standards–Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia (SKDI) which should be revised regularly.
