Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) development and arrangement which were essentially obligatory caused CSR as an unavoidable insistence. The corporate responsibility which placed society as a part of stakeholders whom took part in representing the presence of the company and did not only get the business profit in implementing CSR. So, it was needed a arrangement synchronize about CSR that could be a law base in running CSR. Based on arrangement synchronize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), PT. Indominco Mandiri Bontang as a coal mining tried to implement it to society around the mining in company business plan that must be done by every company and gave positive or negative impact felt by people. The objection of this research was to figure out the picture of CSR arrangement synchronize as a base that could be used by PT. Indominco Mandiri Bontang in implementing it around the mining. Based on the result of research is that CSR implementation which was done by PT. Indominco Mandiri Bontang was same as standard regulation about CSR and had positive and negative impact to society around the mining.
