Foreign exchange, forex is kind of money business transaction wich solid in pair between one country curency to other country curency. It is involve to prime market in the world on online internet conection 24 hours. The trading in run in commodity futurs system that is called as Commodity Futures Trading (CFT) and commodity curency in Poundsterling (GBP), Euro (EUR), Australian Dollar (AUD), and Japan Yen (JPY). Business practices in Foreign exchange, forex invesment, many traders tend to harm our custumers namely among others by providing information that is clear and honest about the investment products and transactions that are only for personal gain for the trading company and the broker to be. A piece of this paper works used in this law writings is a normative law research, the research poin is to talk to subject of business law norms accepted. It is concerning to the business rules which relevances in the common of trading problem. From research undertaken can be concluded that government has created a regulatory law to provide legal certainly for parties that run Foreign exchange business, but the fact is note functionning properly. So until this saan, still occur frequently irregularities that result in loss of customer founds. To stop the unfair such practice, it is recommended the government through a supervisory body of trade commodity should aware and put a law enforcement person or body strickly to supervise enery run of Foreign exchange,forex business transaction at every business lavel.
