Abstract

Protection to errant jurisdiction victim is interesting problems to be checked, specially case of Kemat and friends. Kemat and friends is wrong victim catch in murder case, therefore Kemat and friends entitled to get protection of law, but do not easy to in the execution of because there are some his resistor factors. Writer punish this aim to know effort able to be done in giving protection of law to criminal justice victim in Indonesia, that is at case of Kemat and friends. Location writing of this law is in Town of Yogyakarta with subject research of Police Metropolis of Yogyakarta, Public Attorney Of Country of Yogyakarta, District Court Of Yogyakarta, and Institute Legal Aid of Yogyakarta. Data collecting obtained with interview freely led and bibliography study. obtained data of good field and bibliography verbally and written, is then instructed, to be studied and given by explanation with rule applying, was later concluded with inductive method, that is concluding from common features to special matter. Conclusion of research result that, protection of law to criminal justice victim at case of Kemat and friends conducted with Sighting Return, freeing Kemat and friends, giving indemnation given by Polda Jatim, and also check investigator do mistake and give sanction to investigators.
