Abstract

The transition from the registration of separation the Right Building Utilization to the Master of Individuals Right Building Utilization in the Housing Commuting in Sleman This research aims to discover and analyze whether Registration The transition from separation Right Building Utilization to the Master of Individuals Right Building Utilization in the Land Registration after the applicability of the regulation 24 Tax Year 1997 can create legal certainty and legal protection in the district of Sleman, to know how to analyze and barriers the transition in registration. The type of research that is legal empirical research conducted by the research directly to the respondents and data sources are the primary as the main data, and then analyzed quantitatively for interesting conclusions using inductive thinking. Based on the results of that research Registration The transition from separation Right Building Utilization to the Master of Individuals Right Building Utilization in the Housing Commuting in Sleman after the applicability of the regulation 24 Tax Year 1997 has been creating legal certainty and legal protection in the district of Sleman, although still found obstacles and barriers to delay resolution-registration barriers in the transition of their rights, because it awareness of the community, housing developers, and PPAT less understand the rules of Land Registration
