Abstract

The little of this legal writing is “Efforts PT.PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region Pematangsintar Area of the Work that is not Appropriate in the Implementation of the Outsourcing Agreement”. To know and analyze the efforts of PT.PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region Pematangsiantar Area of the work which is not in accordance with the implementation of the outsourcing agreement. The method of analysis in this research is qualitative analysis methods. Qualitative analysis method is an analysis method that analyzes the results of the research analyst descriptive data. Data is expressed by the respondent in writing and orally, and also conduct a real, researched and studied as a whole. Drawing conclusions using inductive thinking, which was to draw conclusions from the general to the specific nature. The research result is that the effort made PT.PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region Pematangsiantar Area in accordance with its provisions, which attempts to workers PT.PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region Pematangsiantar Area provide outsourced by the cooperative agreement. Such efforts are given if the sanctions are not in accordane with the implementation of outsourcing agreements. PT.PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region Pematangsiantar Area only has the right to attempt orally in the form of warnings and guidance to outsourced workers. If the error still occurs PT.PLN (Persero) Pematangsiantar Area employment provide a written letter to the cooperative, then the cooperative who has the eesponsibility to workers work outsourcing. If the error still occurs subsequent attempts PT.PLN (Persero) Pematangsiantar Area may cut working relations with outsourced workers through the cooperative. Surch efforts in the review violates labor laws because labor agreements and implementation of outsourcing violate these rules.
