Abstract

In this essay writing, the writer discussed issues on Criminal Punishment For Ilegal Liquor Seller Who Makes People Dies in Yogyakarta. Until now illegal liquor has kill many peoples because the alcohol in the illegal liquor is not healthy for human consumed. The alcohol in illegal liquor used to be for medical, but some of peoples use the alcohol for make a liquor for human consumed. This research is aimed to know the judge’s basic consederation, especially in deciding the verdict of guilty towards ilegar liquor seller who makes people die. This research used library research to obtain the secondary data and field research to obtain the primary data by conducting interviews. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta State Court, Data obtained then was analyzed by comparing actual situation and data on positive criminal law and how law application valid for the ilegal liquor seller. Judge’s basic consideration when deciding the verdict of guilty towards illegal liquor seller who makes people die are consideration of law and consideration of social.
