Abstract

Terrorism is one of the extraordinary crimes and it against the human right. The terrorism action that happen in Indonesia are some bombing attacks that began with the first Bali bombing in the October 12th 2002 to the recent attacks that happened in JW Mariot and Ritz Carlton in July 17th 2009. The terrorist that do the bomb attacks are usually organize in the terrorism organization that linked to the international terrorism organization that spreads in many areas and uneasy to be detected. It needs to have some information from the eyewitnesses that witness the bomb attacks, people who know the terrorist' hiding places and the eyewitnesses who understand about the terrorism doctorines. The terrorism eyewitness should have more protection than the common crime eyewitness for the terrorism is the incredible crime. According to that issue, so the writer takes the tittle The Terrorism Eyewitness Protection. Its main idea is talked about the implementation of the eyewitness protection on the terrorism action. To accomplish this paper, the writer uses the normative writing methodology that concern to the Undang-Undang Nomor 15 2003 and Undang-Undang Nomor 13 2006. In the result, the implementation of the terrorism eyewitness protection can be done well according to the valid constitution.
