Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the design of business models on bike sharing service providers as a strategy to compete in the digital age. The focus of this research is on the Speeda application as a smart tourism bike sharing platform through IoT technology developed by PT Gamatechno Indonesia. This research uses interview data collection techniques and literature study. The research participants were the internal team of Speeda application developers namely Senior Business Development & Product Owner and Senior Developer, Jogja Bike as a Customer, and Management of the Technology and Business Innovation division at Gamatechno Indonesia. The researcher uses a SWOT analysis in macro, namely the Speeda Platform, and micro analysis in each block in the BMC Speeda Platform. The results of the SWOT analysis form the basis for researchers to produce new business model canvas (BMC) recommendations. Based on the results of the business model canvas (BMC) evaluation analysis, it can be concluded that there are several components of each block that must be updated on the Speeda Canvas Business Model Platfrom.
