Abstract

TIX ID mobile is an online ticket sales mobile application. Usability measurement is very important to measure the usability level of a system. TIX ID has problems such as difficulty logging in, frequent force closes, difficulty ordering tickets, and difficulty choosing seats. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the TIX ID mobile application. Researchers use methods to measure usability, namely usability testing and System usability testing is a method to measure the level of user satisfaction (satisfaction). Based on the research that has been done, the results of the evaluation of the learnability matrix get a value of 80%, which means that the application is included in the OK category based on the SUS score, the efficiency matrix is 0.05 goals/sec, which means that every second it can be completed 5% or on average completing all tasks requiring time of 20 seconds, the error matrix gets a value of 0.13 or 13% which means it is low or reasonable and the satisfaction matrix is 0.64 with an average SUS score of 2115 which means it is not good but is still in the OK stage based on the SUS score
