Abstract
Humans always need land to do activities, work, and build houses. The land has two categories that are agricultural land and non-agricultural land. Humans can use agricultural land for farming. Non-agricultural land can be used for building offices, houses, and outlet stores. Some agricultural land can be converted to non-agricultural land because non-agricultural land has decreased in number. This thesis discusses the Implementation Convert of Agricultural Land to Non-Agricultural Land for House in Central Lampung Regency. The implementation from agricultural land to non-agricultural land for houses in Rukti Hargo Village different terms and regulations.
