Abstract

To improve employee performance, it is important for companies to create savety climate in their work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of work safety climate on employee performance using online and printed questionnaires. This survey was conducted on 46 respondents employees of PT. Adhi Persada Beton - Margorejo Precast Plant and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, processed with SPSS tools. The results generate that the work safety climate affects employee performance significantly and positively.
