Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan supaya dapat mengetahui serta menganalisis beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh pada penerimaan aplikasi M. TIX. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan teknik purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan responden. Sampel yang berhasil didapatkan berjumlah 110 responden serta melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 4.0. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil analisis didapat setelah melakukan pengujian terhadap variabel yang meliputi, perceived ease of use, perceive usefulness, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, serta actual system usage. Dari enam hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, terdapat lima hipotesis yang diterima serta satu hipotesis yang ditolak. Hipotesis yang diterima meliputi, perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceive ease of use M.TIX, perceived usefulness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude towards using M.TIX, perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude towards using M.TIX, attitude towards using memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use M.TIX, dan behavioral intention to use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual system usage M.TIX. Sedangkan satu hipotesis yang ditolak adalah perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use M.TIX.
