Abstract
The growth of SMEs in Indonesia that are transforming towards digital causes the existence of intercity and even interstate expedition services in Indonesia increases, but in practice there are often shipping errors that cause consumers not to receive the delivery goods. In this case that Repack.ID does not or has not carried out its obligation to deliver the goods to the recipient in accordance with the agreed address and time, this can be classified as default tort. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to protect consumer right who are harmed in shipping errors by Repack.ID. The type of research method used is empirical research. Based on the results of the research, the author concludes that the legal protection carried out by Repack.ID to consumers who are harmed due to shipments that are not received by the recipient or damaged is to provide compensation for shipping errors made by Repack.ID to guarantee consumer rights. In addition, the option to use insurance is a proof that Repack.ID provide attention to the goods sent by consumers through Repack.ID.
