Abstract

The implementation of land registration through the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program is a policy of land registration activities for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, including Banyumas Regency. The Complete Systematic Land Registration program (PTSL) aims to provide legal certainty. This research was conducted to find out the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Banyumas Regency, with the formulation of the problem Is the registration of property rights to land through the PTSL Program in Banyumas Regency in 2022 is in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 regarding Complete Systematic Land Registration. The type of legal research being conducted is Empirical Research. Where reseach focuses on social facts. The implementation of Complete Systematic Registration (PTSL) in Banyumas Regency is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 regarding Complete Systematic Land Registration. In implementing Complete Systematic Registration (PTSL) in Banyumas Regency, there were problems in land measurement activities.
