Data analyses were treated with descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis, multivariate analysis, linear regression and path analysis. The study succesfully obtained 80 respondents (40 craftsmen and 40 project manager). The factors that influence on craftsmen productivity ware analysed by descriptive analysis. The output of the descriptive analysis shows that the majority of craftsmen's education was up to elementamy school (67.5%). O'hereas the majority of project manager's education was graduated from university (62.5%).
