Abstract
Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Pemimpin Wanita Dalam Bidang Konstruksi, FX.Siska Wijayanti, October 2000, Majoring in Construction Management Magister of Engineering, Post-Graduate Program, University of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. This research is aimed to identify style of leadership of woman leader in the construction. This analysis used two theories, a theory developed by Rita and Kenneth J. Dunn. and LPC theory from Fiedler, both of them were related to stages in the construction project. Respondents in this research were woman leaders who have been leading in teams or activities in the construction. They also employees or directly underlings who have been working to the first respondent and must not be women. To identify style of leadership of woman leader in the construction, based on theory of Rita and Kenneth J. Dunn, it used mean and compare the evaluation of leaders itself with the evaluation of employees using kruskal - wallis test, which resultes that style of leadership was bureaucratic. After it was related to stages in the construction using crosstab, it was obtained that bureaucratic style tended to be used in post-contract stage, while in the stage of feasibility study often used participassive In the stage of pre-contract and post-contract used bureaucratic style. Based on Fiedler theory of LPC it was obtained that type of leader woman was relationship-motivated After it was related to stages in the construction using crosstab, it was obtained that leader woman tended to used it the stage of feasibility study, pre-contract, and post-contract
