Abstract
This research is to measure the extent of students' perception concerning the manager's behavior tendencencies affecting secretaries positions. The behavior consists of power relations, negotiating relations, instrumentalrelations, and socio-emotional-relations. Secretary position is a component of working relationship between a manager and a secretary, The results showed that the power relations was the only variable that significantly caused deprivated of secretary position. Further, the negotiating, the instrumental, the socio-emosional relations did not affect it unsignificantiy. There are 3 solutions for the asymmetric behavioral tendencies in the systems as : adopt the values of modern paradigms that are non- stereotipical ; adopt a concensus status for a partnership ; recruit manager who have transformational leadership in this competitive era.
