Abstract
The research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress to intention to quit the organization to employees. The research was conducted on 40 employees at PT. Johnny Jaya Makmur Yogyakarta. Based on the results of the regression analysis revealed that job satisfaction has a positive influance on the intention to quit. Organizational commitment has a negative influence on the intention to quit. Job stress has a positive and significant impact on the intention to quit. Results of analysis revealed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress have a effect together on the intention to quit.
