Abstract
This study’s goal is to analyze the influence of public service motivation to affective commitment of civil servants in Yogyakarta government. In addition, this study’s also done to identify how well the public service motivation and organizational commitment they had. The data is collected by survey method with questionnaires spread to 5 division of Yogyakarta government with total 120 respondents. In this study, data was analyzed with 2 method, mean score analysis and regression analysis. The result of mean score analysis shows that both of public service motivation and organizational commitment of civil servants in Yogyakarta government are good enough. And through the regression analysis, the result shows that public service motivation influence affective commitment positively and significantly.
