Abstract
The growth of Indonesian population has an impact on the increase of housing. National developers can only meet little portion of housing. The need of housing that cannot be fulfilled is affected by the poor performance of the most-national developers. The level of customer satisfaction can measure the developer performance. The research introduced three dimensions of the level of customer satisfaction: the house design, the house quality, and the service of developer. The research obtained 36 respondents from four luxurious houses area in Yogyakarta. The result showed there are two variables (the house quality and the service of developer) affected the overall customer satisfaction, and found the difference between the level of satisfaction and the level of customer importance. Customer satisfied with the design, but at the same time, it was the most important relative factor from the three dimensions of the level of customer satisfaction, the result also found the difference between the importance level of satisfaction factors from customer's point view and developer's point view.
