Abstract

Since long time ago, human trafficking is a main problem for people all over the world, especially for the crew of the hooker. The crews treated inhumanely, they ate rice with cucumber, their salary were not given and even they were beaten by their master, so that it’s not rare to see many crews died on board. That matter happens all the time, human trafficking seems renewable all the time. Because of that reason, this research about “The Role of ILO About Human Right Violations In The Form Of Human Trafficking That Happening to The Crew of Hooker” is established. This research which is done by normative method, actually, will prove how is the role of ILO as international organization who should generally protect labours and specifically the crews of the hooker towards human right violations in the form of human trafficking that happens to them. Many parties feel that The role of ILOis not enough active. They just hand over everything, like regulation, implementation, et cetera, to the national party. They just have to be more active and step in to the cases and also helps national party to stop human trafficking towards crews of the hooker.
