Abstract

The tittle of this research is “ IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SAFETY PROGRAM AS A COMPONENT OF EMLOYMENT IN PT. MADUBARU PG MADUKISMO YOGYAKARTA”. The purpose of writing this law to investigate and analyze the implementation of the safety program in PT. Madubaru PG Madukismo Yogyakarta in order to create harmony in an effort to increase production and safety at work, this research is using a empirical law, the research focuses on the behavior of the legal community. After doing some analysis for discussion and the result of the research that the writer have been doing, we can conclude that implementation of safety programs for workers in PT. Madubaru PG Madukismo Yogyakarta have been given a proportional manner and in accordance with the provisions of the labor law and occupational safety. Purpose of conducting safety program conducted PT. Madubaru PG Madukismo Yogyakarta was to reduce the number of accidents for workers so that workers with convenient working. Safety is given for workers that provide work equipment that works on a dangerous unit, monitoring, and maintenance of safety equipment as well as to include workers in social security is BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The number of accidents is due to workers’ awareness is still lacking in using work equipment which are deemed to interfere with the work.
