Abstract

This thesis entitled "TENDER CONSPIRACY IN VERTICAL AND COMBINED HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL IN INDONESIA BASED ON DECISIONS OF KPPU YEAR 2013-2014" discusses about two things, first is the fulfillment of the elements of Article 22 of Law No. 5 of 1999 to document the presence or bid rigging or not a vertical type and the combined horizontal and vertical by the Commission in terms of the Commission's Decision in 2013-Year of 2014, saw much the bid rigging tenders related to government-owned which also involves the tender committee, the authors discuss the effectiveness of Act No. 5 of 1999 and Presidential Decree No. 54 Year 2010 jo Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2015 to prevent collusion in tenders. The second is how to position the tender committee in the case of bid rigging.
