Abstract

Indonesia is a country which has many natural resources, particularly forest resources are very many encounter in Indonesia. Forests in Indonesia is a tropical forest the forest is very important for the world as well as and you can find many kind of floral and animal. Forests in Indonesia are very various kinds. forests often encountered in Indonesia is kind of protected forest. Protected forests held to protect the core functions of forests and forest preservation and fertility land. Forests in Indonesia very closely related to the mountain as many Indonesia's forests are on mountain slopes. One of the forest area spacious and beautifully protected are protected forests in mountain Lawu,Magetan district. Protected forest areas in this Lawu mountain is Interestingly, it is in because their buildings are unlicensed buildings stalls semi-permanent and permanent buildings standing on private property 3200mdpl altitude. This incident became the responsibility of the Perum Perhutani. Perum Perhutani is where the party was responsible for the management Protected forest on the island of Java. This incident is not aligned with the Law Law No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry. Because basically in the woods protection should not be established buildings as well as on regional The protected forest Lawu mountain. For building stalls by Perhutani input into the utilization of protected forests is environmental services. However Permanent buildings are privately owned and not for the public not included in the utilization of protected forest Lawu mountain. Perhutani admit their missed on the establishment of the permanent building. Then with that in the future will be more wapada Perhutani and be more assertive
