Abstract
Legal research is the title of the Judicial Review On Investigation Of Local Government Officials Conducting Regional Police Corruption by DIY. The purpose of this study was to find out that the investigation of local government officials must have permission to see the central government and cooperation between the Commission, Attorney, and police in conducting investigations against government officials who commit corruption. The method used in this study is that normative legal research studies that focus on the positive norm. This study requires secondary data (primary legal materials) in the form of legislation, secondary legal materials from the legal opinion that the form of books, opinions or website, while for the tertiary legal material from a large dictionary. Normative legal research comparing primary legal materials in the form of legislation by secondary law in the form of legal opinions. The results of this study indicate that in cases of corruption by government officials that the investigation carried out for diy regional police must have written permission from the President through the Chief of Police. Also in the research cooperation between the Commission, prosecutors and police in the investigation determined based on the MOU (memorandum of understanding). Commission in this case simply acts as supervision for the rest of the investigation conducted by police action.
