Abstract

This thesis entitle Implementation of Minister Regulation Empowerment Woman and Protection of Children Number 2 Year 2011 on the recovery process of victims of violence against children in Bantul Regency. The problem formulation of this thesis is application of Minister Regulation Empowerment Woman and Protection of Children Number 2 Year 2011 on the recovery process of victims of violence against children already implemented properly or not in Bantul Regency, considering article 1 number 1 in Minister Regulation has been set the stages in the process recovery , so that recovery can be run properly and in accordance with what is expected then it must be implemented properly , and any kendal - constraints faced in the recovery process by referring to the regulation. Research to complement the writing of the law , the writer uses the method normative where the author analyzes regulations positive law with what is occurred in the field , so it can be concluded that the application implementation Regulation of the Minister of Women Empowerment and Child Protection 2 of 2011 about the recovery process victim sexual violence against children in the district of Bantul yet can be implemented properly due to several factors one of which is a part, victim where the victim is more choose these problems and not report to the relevant agencies so that the recovery proc ess can not be executed properly.
