Abstract
This law study is entitled Iraq Civil Protection during US and its Affiliate Countries Invasion in 2003 – 2004. This study was achieved because the writer wanted to know if US and its Affiliate Countries performed the International Rules on Civil Protection during the invasion or not . In fact, during the invasion, US and its Affiliate Countries neglected the civil which caused losses and refugees of more than 4.7 millions people. This is due because US and its Affiliate Countries was unable to perform security stability and to supply food, water and medicines to the civil. This law study was carried out in a normative research.
