Abstract

The Thesis entitled Management of Ratu Boko as a National Heritage. The purpose of this thesis is to know the menegement of Ratu Boko. The normative legal research is used on this Thesis. This thesis used primary data, secondary data, and tertiary data. Primary data consist positive legal norms. Secondary data consist doctrine from literalure, the other thesis, article, document, etc. tertiary data consist data from dictionary. The writer used literature study and interview for colletcting data methods. Positive legal norms as a primary data analytics consist description , compairing the positive legal norms to know the different norms which is it arrangement the same think, the open analytitical legal norms, and legal norm interpretation. For the secondary data analytical, writer used compairing between literature to get the most good one which can use in this thesis. This thesis has a deductive method to make a conclution. The conclution og this thesis regarding the Management of Ratu Boko as a National HeritageRatu Boko was managed by 3 partiipants, Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko, and Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sleman. Each participants have a different authority and responsibility.
