Abstract

The accident is a risk that is not desired by all parties. Insurance is a risk control tool, the higher the risk of accidents will have an impact on increasing insurance premiums paid by ship owners and users of services. Marine Hull and Machineries designed specifically to provide comprehensive security against ships, machinery and equipment from the dangers and risks of ocean shipping. The purpose of this law is to know the broad scope of insurance protection Hull and Machineries (H/M/) Indonesian vessel in PT. Conclusion The results of the research, broad scope of insurance coverage Hull And Machineries (H/M) Indonesian ship in PT.
