Abstract

This Legal Writing/Thesis is entitled Implementation of Permit Services For Small And Medium Enterprises In The Management Of Trade Business License At The Integrated Licensing Board Of Bantul Regency Based On Presidential Regulation Number 97 Of 2014 About The Implementation Of The Integrated One-Stop Service Center with problem formulation: whether the service of Trading Business License for Small-Medium Enterprises at the Integrated Licensing Board of Bantul Regency has been provided legal certainty in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2014 about the Implementation of the integrated one-stop service center? Based on the result of this research, it can be known that the Trade Business License service process in Bantul Regency has not provided legal certainty according with Regulation Number 97 of 2014, especially the time period of license publishing. The simplicity of the procedures and clarity regarding the given licensing service is good. Based on the above recommendations it is suggested that the simplicity, clarity, and time period can be improved.
