Abstract

This research titled is the legal review of the coaching and the supervision to create the healthy-relationship between entrepreneur and consumer. (Based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 58 year 2001 concerning the coaching and the supervision of the implementation of consumer’s protection). This research is motivated because of there are still lots of consumer whose aggrieved because of the act of the entrepreneur cause the lack of effectiveness from the coaching and the supervision. The formula of the problem from this research is how the effectiveness of the implementation coaching and the supervision to create the healthy-relationship between entrepreneur and consumer. (Based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 58 year 2001 concerning the coaching and the supervision of the implementation of consumer’s protection)? The type of the research that being used is normative research type which focus on the positive legal norm which is the regulation. The result which obtained from this research is Government Regulation Number 58 year 2001 concerning the coaching and the supervision of the implementation of consumer’s protection still not describing the essence about the explanation of the coaching and the supervision also the essence about the side whose responsible in doing the coaching and the supervision yet.
