Abstract

Legal Writing / essay is entitled LEGAL CONSIDERATION IN THE DECISION OF CRIMINAL CASES OF PREMEDITATED MURDER COMITTED BY A CHILD with problem formulation:What are the legal considerations in the decision on criminal cases of preeditated murder comitted by a child? Based on the results of this research, it can be known that Basic Judges’ consideration in the descision of a criminal case of premeditated murder committed by a child based on examination at a hearing whether it is in the form of the age of pepetrator, the way of the perpetrator committed a crime of premeditated murder, the perpetrator’s background in comitting a crime of premeditated mureder, the consequnces of a premeditatrd muder comittided by the perpetrator wether from the side of the perpetrator whether from the side of the perpetrator or victim side and the turmoil that arises in the community, apart from that judge must also consider the results of LITMAS (Community Research) from BAPAS (Correctional Institution).
